Permanent Staffing

We source, screen and recommend consultants to the customer’s hiring authority as per the requirement. The customer organization makes a hiring decision after interviewing candidates. The customer organization pays us a fee for this service usually based on a percentage of the consultant’s annual compensation. The consultant is on the customer’s payroll from day one.

Contract Staffing

We supply temporary staffing service on a short-term-basis, either to fill in for absent employees or to supplement existing staff due to sudden influx of work or need of a special skillset for a limited period of time. Factors like the length of the assignment, location of position, rate of pay, work hours and the nature of the work are communicated at the time the position is discussed. Contract to Hire

This type of staffing service offers our customers a chance to try out a consultant on a temporary basis and hire him later. Our customers get opportunity to assess the consultant for a particular time period and see if the consultant is a good match for the position before making a permanent commitment. The length of temporary time depends upon the agreement between the customer and us. Consultant remains in our payroll during the temporary time before going onto the customer’s permanent payroll. The customer organization pays an hourly rate to us, while consultant is on the temporary payroll. Later our customer can hire the consultant with an additional fee, while converting to the customer’s payroll. A successful contract-to-hire placement requires setting the right expectations up front and making sure that both staffing partners (we and customer hiring manager) know the final goal and how they are going to get there. Communication and partnership is the key.
